The Atlassian Philippines office, housing the local engineering and customer-success teams, was briefed to reflect that philosophy — a tech campus where the quality of the environment signals to employees that their work matters.

Lumitron specified Prolicht's suspended linear luminaires for the primary collaboration zones — high-output fixtures at 3000K–4000K tunable white, integrated with occupancy sensors and daylight responsive dimming that maintains a consistent 500 lux on working surfaces regardless of the time of day or cloud cover outside. The suspended installation height was carefully coordinated with the interior designer to ensure the luminaires sit at precisely the visual threshold where they define the space without obstructing sightlines across the open floor plate.

The breakout areas and informal collaboration pods used Flexalighting's Flute LED profiles — an Italian flexible extrusion that bends to custom radii, enabling curved ceiling and wall details that would be impossible with conventional rigid strip. This product allowed the interior designer to create a series of sweeping architectural light gestures that give the informal spaces an identity distinct from the main workspace — critical for a company whose culture values the distinction between focused work and creative play.
