Lumitron was engaged to specify and supply the lighting for all shared amenity spaces: the sky lounge, fitness centre, function rooms, and the tower's multi-storey arrival lobby.

The lobby presented the most visible challenge: a double-height volume with a curated art installation at the focal wall and a reception desk finished in book-matched marble. Lumitron specified Prolicht's Beam track system on adjustable ceiling mounts — providing the flexibility to re-direct accent beams as the art programme rotates, while maintaining a fixture profile so minimal it becomes part of the ceiling architecture rather than a visible intrusion into it.

The sky lounge and private dining rooms received Moltoluce pendant luminaires — the Italian manufacturer's approach to combining decorative impact with precise photometric performance makes it a natural choice for spaces where the luminaire itself must be a design statement. Moltoluce's glass and hand-finished metal fixtures, specified in warm bronze to complement the interior designer's palette, add a layer of tactile richness that no commodity LED downlight can provide.
